Off to Houston

I leave in two days for Houston Market and Festival. BBD has new postcards and patterns this time around. I am furiously stuffing plastic bags with patterns! I also wonder how I am going to fit the 2000 patterns and ten days of clothes in a suitcase without suffering overweight charges! We are hoping for a great show. If you are in the area, please stop in at the booth (619) and say hello. I will post pictures when I get back..until then

Third of the new patterns

This is the last of the new patterns debuting at Houston next week. A cute and very quick fusible project.

Latest pattern #2 Scrappy Sunflower

Thanks to my good friend Tom Belli for his help photographing my new covers for BBD Creations. The first of what I hope to be several photo shoots went well yesterday. This particular quilt is one of three new patterns this Fall. Tenatively, I have titled it Scrappy Sunflower, that may change...stay tuned. Thank you also to MJ Squared for the wonderful hand dyed fabric used in the patchwork..if you are looking for hand dyes in 7 step graduations..Mary is your artist to dye for! Look for her specialty fabrics in more of the BBD Line.

Haven't posted in a bit because I have been rushing to finish a few projects for Houston next week. This is the new IRIS pattern for BBD Creations..a small, but regal, wall hanging featuring Fabrics to Dye For sateens and Bonnie's paper cut image of an iris. Very quick but elegant quilt.
